ClassPoint Verification Code Troubleshooting Guide

To sign up for an account or get your password reset, you will need to verify your email. If you are having trouble receiving the verification code from ClassPoint, this guide is for you.

After checking your Spam and Junk folders, and you still have not received your verification code from ClassPoint, this may be because of some security roadblocks at your school or with your email. To get your email verified or reset your password, you can receive an auto-generated verification code instead. Watch the video or follow the steps below to get started.

How to Verify your Classpoint Email Online

Step 1: Resend the Verification Code

If you have been waiting over 5 minutes for the verification code and still haven’t received it, click the “Resend verification code” link below the Next button on the ClassPoint window. You will get a confirmation pop-up that another email has been sent to you.

If you receive this email, type in the 6 digit code in the email, and you are all set. If you still haven’t received the code, keep reading onto Step 2 below.

Step 2: Generate a Code

After clicking “Resend verification code,” you will notice that the link below the Next button changes to “Still can’t receive the code?” If you were still unable to receive the verification code in your inbox, spam, or junk folders, you can click this link. A webpage will open for you to generate a code instead. Click the Generate a code for me button to start the process.

Step 3: Confirm your ClassPoint Email

Before receiving the verification code, ensure that your email that appears on the screen is correct. If it is, click Yes, Correct to move on. If not, update it by clicking the “No, my email is wrong” link.

Step 4: Copy and Paste the Code

After confirming your email, a code will be generated for you. You can copy and paste this code back into the ClassPoint window in PowerPoint. Then, you are all set.

After clicking Next, you will get confirmation that your ClassPoint account is not verified, or you can move on to creating a new password.
