Teacher Zhai has a degree in Science - Information Technology and Master of Information Technology. In addition she is a Google Certified Educator Level 1 and Microsoft Innovative Trainer since 2019-2020.
She is affiliated with Department of Education in Division of Bulacan, as OIC in Sulivan National High School teaching Social Sciences. She is also connected to La Consolacion University of the Philippines as a part-time college professor. Teacher Zhai also shares video chronicles of her teaching journey to help teachers and students with their challenges. As of 2023, Teacher Zhai is now a Master Teacher II at Balagtas National High School.
