An Update on ClassPoint’s Embedded Browser Feature

An Update on ClassPoint’s Embedded Browser Feature

At ClassPoint, we’re always optimizing our tools to ensure teachers have the most seamless and reliable experience in PowerPoint. As part of this effort, we’ve made the decision to sunset ClassPoint’s Embedded Browser feature starting October 2025.

Why We’re Doing This

After carefully reviewing feature usage data, we found that the Embedded Browser was used by only a small number of teachers.

To maintain a smooth and stable experience for everyone, we decided to retire this feature so we can focus resources on enhancing the tools that teachers use most.

What This Means For You

If you previously used the Embedded Browser to access websites within your PowerPoint slides, you can continue doing so through your preferred web browser alongside your presentation.

All other ClassPoint features will remain fully functional and unaffected.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue refining ClassPoint to better support teaching and learning. If you have any feedback or questions about this change, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@inknoe.com.
