If you need to cancel ClassPoint Pro subscription, you can do so at anytime. After cancellation, you can still continue to use a free ClassPoint account for as long as you want. Watch the video below or follow along with the steps listed to cancel a ClassPoint Pro subscription.
Need to cancel your ClassPoint Pro account? No Problem! Just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click on your User Profile
In the top-left corner on the ClassPoint ribbon, click on your User Profile. This will give you information about your ClassPoint account.
Step 2: Click “Edit Account”
At the bottom of your ClassPoint User Profile, click on the Edit Account to begin the cancellation process.
Step 3: Click “Request Subscription Cancellation”
After clicking to edit your account, you have two options. If you want to change your current billing cycle to Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual, choose the first option to Change Billing Cycle. To completely cancel your account, choose Request Subscription Cancellation. You will then be prompted to provide a reason for the request.
Step 4: Choose the Reason for Cancellation and Send
Choose a reason for the cancellation from the list provided and Send the Request. From there you will see the message “Cancellation request sent. Our support team will contact you soon via email. Meanwhile, you can continue to use Pro features until the next billing day.”

If you have any feedback on what you liked about ClassPoint or where you think ClassPoint can improve, drop on note using the Feedback button on the ClassPoint ribbon.
If you ever need to subscribe again, you can do so at anytime.
