Elena Lokteva is an experienced educator with a pedagogical background and more than 20 years of teaching experience. With a degree in Mathematics and Informatics from the Belarusian State Pedagogical University, Elena has taught IT, digital literacy, computer graphics, and business analysis. She has also been implementing eLearning products for over 15 years and has taught teachers how to implement and adopt technology in their teaching for about 15 years. Additionally, Elena is a Google Certified Teacher and eduScrum Professional.

As the Development Director at the Belgian Education Council, Elena is responsible for overseeing the development of education programs and initiatives. The council's audience are teachers from universities and colleges in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Ukraine, and Georgia. Elena and her team provide free webinars and learning programs for them in Russian.

Elena is passionate about education and brings her expertise to her role as Development Director, where she strives to improve education programs and initiatives.
