Sir Glenny is a Senior EdTech Specialist of DepEd ICTS-EdTech Unit in the Central Office. Highly regarded as an innovative educator, Sir Glenny has had multiple international engagements as a country representative in various global events including Microsoft Global Educators Exchange Forum in Budapest, Hungary, APEC Global Education Forum by DepEd International Cooperation Office in Seoul, South Korea, EXCEL Fest for SEAMEO in Singapore, and also in the World Robot Olympiad Friendship Invitational held here in the Philippines.

On his journey in becoming a renowned educator through his works and countless achievements, Sir Glenny holds some of the most prestigious titles which further solidify his spot as a top education expert. Some of his recognitions include being a Microsoft Innovative Educator, Google Certified Educator Level 1, Ulirang Guro ng Visayas & Region 7, Global Filipino Teacher, and even being a semi-finalist in Metrobank’s search for Outstanding Filipino Teachers.

As a game-based learning and block-based programming lead, Sir Glenny aims to incorporate his passion for teaching with his acquired skills set in EdTech. Inspiring one educator at a time, he envisions to spark the change and break the barriers through innovation and technology.
