Mr. Marge Joseph C. Sardo is a public school teacher and a part time student in Curriculum and Instruction. He is also the project leader of Project LEADS, a learning opportunity for practicing applied digital skills emphasizing 21st Century Skills. He is also a former DepEd Central Office Educational Technology Specialist who advocated for the accomplishment of the Sustainable Development Goals.

He is a Google for Education Certified Innovator who launched his Innovator Project, Project LEADS – Learners' Empowerment through Applied Digital Skills. He is a speaker and trainer in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the United States, and is one of the few Google for Education Certified Innovators in the Philippines. He won 5 competitions in Thailand and (UNESCO) Indonesia, and received 10 international award (with 3 DepEd-issued awards) as an Outstanding Teacher and Leader.

He is a global youth leader who has participated in a variety of youth development activities and organizations. His dedication led him to work as a Project Development Officer for the Global Youth Advocates Network, a Global Schools Alliance Ambassador in Liverpool, UK, and a UNSD Solutions Network Global Schools Advocate based in Paris, France. He got a renowned Youth award as an SDG Youth Circle Honoree of the Online SDG Youth Action Forum, (OSYAF) in the Philippines.
